I' m a bit confused 1 of our members posted a question to Dr.Hector earlier .
"does anal sex help for constipation"?? Well you know I think that's a brilliant idea for constipation it will be like an Enema and it does nogal leave behind fluid ...

So guys and gals there u have the answers for CONSTIPATION!!! ANAL SEX...
